Q. I am a CloudGG Pioneer / Founder with unlimited monthly playtime. Will I lose this privilege if I redeem a code?
A. Your Pioneer / Founder entitlements will be paused for the duration of the redeemed membership. Afterwards, your previous entitlements, such as unlimited monthly playtime, will resume.
Q. I have an active GeForce NOW Powered by CloudGG premium membership, what happens when I redeem a code?
A. Upon redemption your current membership will pause, and your 6 months of Ultimate will immediately begin. After your 6 months is up, your previous membership will automatically resume.
Q. Can I redeem more than one gift code at a time?
A. No. After redeeming a gift code you must wait until your membership ends before redeeming another code. Reminder that Valentine's Sale gift codes expire at midnight AEST on March 7, 2027.
Q. I don't live in Australia or New Zealand, can I redeem a gift code?
A. No. Codes are only valid for GeForce NOW Powered by CloudGG, the Australia and New Zealand GeForce NOW alliance partner.

Q. Can I purchase additional add-on hours while on a redeemed membership?
A. No. While on a redeemed membership you're unable to purchase additional add-on hours, however up to 10 hours of unused time will rollover into the next month.
